These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vcity888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") in respect of your access to and use of the vcity888 online gaming platform, accessible at https://vcity888.cam/ and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Service").

Before processing any withdrawal request, vcity888 requires verification of your identity. Acceptable documentation includes a current Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. We may additionally request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months) and proof of payment method ownership.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. vcity888 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
vcity888 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods:
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, unless a higher limit has been approved in writing for VIP tier players.
Deposits made via e-wallets and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX and direct bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 15 minutes to process depending on your bank's transaction processing schedule. vcity888 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information held on your Account. vcity888 reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Real Money Funds (funds deposited via real-money payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds) are withdrawable subject to these Terms. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are withdrawable only upon satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. vcity888 targets same-day processing for standard withdrawal requests submitted during business hours. VIP tier players are eligible for expedited withdrawal handling.
Standard withdrawal limits are a minimum of RM50 and a maximum of RM30,000 per transaction. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within your Account settings. Higher limits may be granted to verified VIP players at vcity888's discretion.
vcity888 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it.
vcity888 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
vcity888 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at our sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to market availability and applicable maximum stake limits. All bets are final once confirmed. You acknowledge that odds and lines in the Sportsbook are set by vcity888 and may be adjusted at any time before a market closes.
In-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds movement. vcity888 makes every effort to ensure live odds accuracy, but we are not liable for latency-related discrepancies. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided at vcity888's discretion, and the stake returned to the player's Account.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by licensed dealers on verified equipment. In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game session, vcity888 will endeavour to restore the session to its pre-fault state. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned. The decision of vcity888 on all game disputes is final.
Single-session or single-bet maximum payout caps may apply to individual games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market information panel. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will not be credited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vcity888 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Upon termination of an Account, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the player using the original payment method where technically possible. Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings subject to an unsatisfied Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall in the first instance be referred to vcity888's customer support team for resolution. vcity888 commits to responding to formal complaints within five business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs in any dispute resolution process, subject to any award of costs by an arbitrator.
